Finally

It's funny when my kids start nagging me about blogging. They use to complain about me posting too many embarrassing pictures of them. Now they complain that I don't post enough pictures of them. I don't know where to start since I am so far behind.

I guess I will start with our first day in California.

We decided we like staying in hotels with kitchens

This time we stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott.
We haven't stayed here since 2001. 

The kids thought we had rented an apartment.
It had a bunk bed for the kids in the downstairs bedroom (decorated
with Mickey Mouse) along with their own bathroom (mom's fav part).

Up about 20 stairs there was a loft with a king size bed
and another bathroom.

The only draw back was it was indeed just an open loft...not much privacy.
