Jordan's Graduation Day June 10, 2010

Jordan applied for and was accepted into the College of Southern Nevada High School his Junior year. This was around the same time we found out we would be moving that fall and he would have to change schools anyway. I convinced him to apply for this program because he could take the 3 high school classes required and up to 12 college credits each semester for free. College life isn't for everyone and it was really hard on Jordan in the beginning. I wasn't sure if he would adjust to not having his friends around. However, soon he was fixing his schedule so he could have Tues/Thurs off to play video games all day and he would sleep in until noon on the other days. Jordan graduated with over 40+ college credits and he will finish up his degree this fall. Jordan excelled in this program and graduated with a 3.93 gpa with high honors. I am a super proud mama.
